Standard delivery to Cairo typically takes 5–10 business days after your order is placed. We'll send you a tracking number so you can follow your lanterns every step of the way. Expedited options are available at checkout if you need them faster.
We offer a 14-day return window for unopened, undamaged lanterns in original packaging. If something arrives broken or isn't what you expected, contact us right away and we'll make it right. Returns to Cairo are handled through our local partner for convenience.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and local payment options popular in Egypt. All transactions are secure and encrypted. You can also inquire about payment plans for larger orders — just ask when you contact us.
Open your package carefully and inspect it right away. If you spot any damage, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We'll send a replacement or process a full refund — your choice. Delivery is on us for replacements to Cairo.
